My Thoughts
This book had everything I love about time-travel romances—clever banter, hilarious culture clashes, and plenty of heart. Tarah is a modern heroine who doesn’t back down, and watching her challenge a kilted Highlander who’s more used to swords than sass was pure fun.
Magnus is gruff, loyal, and completely clueless about modern women—which makes their dynamic so entertaining. There were moments I laughed out loud, and others where I sighed because…well, who doesn’t love a protective Highlander who slowly realizes he’s utterly smitten?
If you enjoy time-travel romance with humor, heart, and heat, My Highland Lover will absolutely charm you. Bonus? It’s the start of a series, so more Highland hijinks to come!
