My Review

I just love the MacGregor family that Paula Quinn has created. Every book I read from this series, transports me back in time and I feel like I am there living side by side with them. I fell in love with each them and I feel like I am part of the family.

This story centers around Abigail, she has big ambition of being the chief of her clan. Her family's secret is in jeopardy and she will do anything not to bring harm to her family. The family carry's a secret, and no I will not disclose it, you have to read the book.  She intervenes and when the mother receives a summons from the Queen.  She will go in her place.  Her escort is General Daniel Marlow, the task is somewhat puzzling to him, why is he being asked to bring a highlander back to the Queen? They are sworn enemies.

This is a delicious tale of love blooming between enemies, and  secrets kept. The power of love will overcome any obstacles and will thwart any evil.  Take a journey back to the age of Highlanders and discover why we love those Men in Kilts.

Bravo to Paula Quinn for sweeping us up in this tale.  I can't want to read more from Ms. Quinn. This definitely is a 5 Star Read!! Pick up or order your copy today.
