It’s time for another Book Blogger Hop hosted by Coffee Addicted Writer.
Each week, bloggers answer a fun bookish question and hop around to share and connect.
This Week’s Prompt:
Looking back, which books from 2025 stood out as your favorites?
(submitted by Billy @ Coffee Addicted Writer)
My Answer:
2025 was a year of comfort reads for me, and the books that stood out weren’t always the flashiest—they were the ones that made me feel something.
I found myself gravitating toward authors I trust, stories that felt familiar in the best way, and characters I didn’t want to say goodbye to.
Romance and women’s fiction made up the heart of my year, especially small-town stories, second chances, and books that felt comforting without being forgettable.
Those are the reads that define a good reading year for me—not just high ratings, but stories that quietly stay with you.
I’ve shared a couple of posts highlighting my favorite reads of 2025, and I’ve included the links below if you’d like to take a look:

Love that mix—mystery keeps things exciting, and fantasy is such a fun genre to explore when you’re ready to escape into something new! Happy Reading!
