My Review

Highland Protector brought everything I love in time-travel romance: danger, tension, family bonds, and a hero willing to risk everything. Amber's psychic gift of empathy was painful to witness—it broke my heart how much her own ability was slowly destroying her. Enter Gavin—a protector, a time traveler, and a man bound by destiny. Their connection is instant but believable, and their journey is packed with action, heartache, and swoon-worthy moments.

This story delivers both emotional highs and nail-biting suspense. Catherine Bybee doesn’t shy away from raising the stakes for the MacCoinnich family—new enemies, new challenges, and once again, the reminder that love can truly conquer time.

Highly recommend this entire series if you love time travel, Scottish heroes, and found-family romances.
